If your order is $25 and above, good news! Shipping is on us, aka FREE. Orders under $25 will be charged $10. 

Canada Customers: To lower our costs, we may ship products via Canada Post letter mail. As a result, some products (even from the same order) may be shipped separately from the rest of the order, and also arrive later/at a different time as a consequence. 

Within Canada, the average shipping times are stipulated to be approximately 7-10 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends). If you live in a particularly remote area, shipping time might even take longer i.e., around 10-12 business days. Please contact us at care@getsparkle.care if you have not received your package within 15 business days. 

If there is a Canada Post disruption, we will secure an alternate shipping service to keep orders on track in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

If you are a commercial customer, please note that flat rates do not apply. Calculated shipping estimates are done by Canada Post, and there is a possibility that your orders may be shipped with other couriers.
